Looking for books dedicated to just ONE effect.

I'm curious as to what books exist that are dedicated to just one type of effect.
e.g. Switch by John Lovick and Lunch is Served by Paul Romhany and TC Tahoe.

I would be interested to here people's recomendations. Thanks in advance.

If you like Out Of This World, you could try this...

For The Open Prediction try "The Open Prediction Project" by Thomas Baxter:

It is a really enjoyable read. It began as a contest, lots of people submitted their versions of Open Prediction for the chance to win a prize, and then they were all published in this book with some additional routines.

The Open Prediction Project has a lot of varied approaches. Which made it a really enjoyable read and that made me want to buy the Out of This World book...
But The Best of All Worlds is mostly just variations on the standard 3 methods, and mostly I found it quite a dull read (a shame... because OOTW is one of my absolute favourite plots).

Another favourite plot is Card Warp... however I haven't yet bought The Card Warp Tour by Jeff Pierce... This is due to being put off by the OOTW book (but also partly because I've come up with the perfect script for Card Warp and I dont want to discover that it is one of the 10 scripts published in the book), but I've heard its great:
