Hi all. Both myself and my wife have been interested in magic/illusion since we were small. It has always been a dream of my wife to assist a magician for a day and do some illusions ( her favorite is sawing in half). I have contemplated buying an illusion but they are so expensive. Are there any illusionists out there willing to help.
Many thanks

Hiya!
Big stage illusions are crazy expensive to buy. I'd suggest having a look at Mark Wilson's Complete Course, there are some quite nice and easy to put together illusions in there. You'll also find some ideas in some of the Tarbell books, sorry I can't point you at any specific volumes at the moment.
