No, it is included as an appendix.
I hope Stephen doesn't mind me saying, but he said he is "currently preparing a second supplement which will be sent to everyone who has purchased "Thought Association Card" when it is completed"

I have just received a sneak preview of the 2nd appendix and there are a lot of interesting ideas (along with those that Nathaniel sent me), that will allow the individual performer to develop the effect in their own unique fashion.
Very versatile.

To bring an old topic back up.

Got this yesterday & thoroughly read the booklet. I very much like this, the principal behind it but I will admit I am having issues getting going with this.
Is there a video of anyone performing this or a more detailed step by step description of the performance anywhere?
