Someone said the other day that they sometimes wait late at night for someone to post so they can reply to it. They sometimes wait ages and don't know what to post!

Well i have a suggestion, The forum of the Roller Coaster Club i belong to has a thread called 'night owls' People can post anything and have a general chat (how their day went etc). It may not work here but it is just a thought. People are only allowed to post between midnight and 6AM

I'm finishing off my a piece of work tonight for filing tomorrow, and I'll probably not be able to sleep in this damned heat, so I may be lurking about.

Excellent idea. My boyfriend is a Paramedic so works alot of night and I can never sleep and always get so bored.

It works on the coaster club. As long as the MODS are happy, i think it will work.
Not midnight yet is it :lol:

As far as posting between midnight and 6m is concerned - remember that we are an international forum and as such have many members in different time zones.

But that being said, I don't see a problem with starting a nightowls thread in the doves head. It wont do any harm...
