I'm Rose, relatively new - and coming relatively late - to magic after 30 years performing fire and swords in classical circus. Mostly I perform mentalism, because I'm quite arthritic after a lifetime lived mostly outdoors in Britain and because I like to mess with peoples heads. I like anything that gets a laugh and I'm really hoping to share any insights or expertise, hopefully on a give-and-take basis (because, after a lifetime performing, I do know about stage craft and getting gigs 
) but knowing that pretty much everyone here is going to be better than me. Unless we're talking setting stuff on fire in new and amusing ways. That, I can safely say, is something I have licked. As t'were.
