We used to puppy walk for Guide Dogs and we often helped with street collections. It doesn't always work. My man-and-his-chimp double has been banned from literally every comedy club in London due to my sidekicks hilarious habit of lobbing excrement at members of the audience that neglected to laugh.

Well done you, I thought that was really good. You presented yourself well and came across confidant. I enjoyed that and for a first performance, you did really well.

I just watched the video clip and you come across as an interesting character with a good voice who can perform well. Just a small point though - I noticed the more it went on the more and more you appeared to be looking over at a script on the table and the laughs you were getting seemed to decline as a result. Keep up performing it elsewhere as you are clearly a good performer. Learn your lines so you know the jokes off by heart - learning your lines should be easier now you've performed it once and got that worry out the way, but do learn them. Then you just need to remember what order the gags go in, which is easier.

Very valid. the problem was, I had to cut short as the light was waving from the back of the room so I kind of lost my place and forgot some material as a consequence. plus the nerves were very real (even if they don't show). Thanks for the feedback though, very valid as I say

All the feedback above is valid, I enjoyed watching it, there was plenty of movement and intonation involved as well as the funnies. Build on that and you won't go far wrong - well done!

Yeah absolutely, it needs tightening up, but you can;t expect miracles of your first gig. Every gig is a learning curve. They say you aren't a proper comedian till
a: You've made it your main source of income
b: You've done 10,000 hours of stand up!

I did notice you looking at your notes but don't worry about it, that'll improve the more you perform. I remember getting lost in the middle of my parlour set and totally forgetting what came next the first time that I performed it. After a couple of performances, it's was completely fluid. You'll be the same I'm sure.
