Dicey Dots

Not too much to review here so I've broken away from the usual review format.

See here: http://www.magicbox.uk.com/shop.php/shop/magic-tricks/close-up-magic/dicey-dots/p_469.html

I was browsing Magicbox for a particular product when I came across this by chance and suffered one of those CUPS moments. It's not as if it's the most stunning trick in the book but something just appealed.

Anyway, I found what I was looking for and ordered this too and it arrived this morning. it took no more than 5 minutes to grasp the routine as I was already familiar with the paddle move so off I went, performing it exactly how it's shown in the video.

The reactions from around the office made this a genuine bargain with the OMG brigade of girlies to silence from the lads whose brain you could hear ticking away trying to break it down into something more logical but were failing miserably.

Well, it's an absolute bargain for the price and well worth the entertainment value for the performer, let alone the specs.

10/10

Nice review. Like you said you strayed away from the usual review format, but it was still a nice solid review.

Thanks - it's a right little cracker of a trick for the money

So nice and simple yet deceiving beyond what it should be. You can spend much more than this and still not fry them as much.

Sometimes the simple things in life are the best   8)

Excellent review, Dave.

I've had this for a while now, and it never fails to amaze. The thinking behind it is so simple and elegant - and the fact that you end totally clean at the end makes it even stronger.

Packs small/Plays big rings true yet again...

Ask and ye shall receive:

There's no DVD - but the written instructions are fine.

@Invizmed, even with your 'c*** (not the best)' economy you are able to buy it at almost half what we pay in the UK. :?

I am really trying hard to keep my magic to just cards and coins right now....but?

It may be a rubbish economy for you, not for us! Shipping from Penguin Magic costs almost the same as shipping from the UK!

This was a CUPS purchase of mine about a year ago and as such got consigned to the useless drawer because I thought it was all to obvious to fool anyone. I will dig it out tonight and try my office colleagues out on it tomorrow.
