It certainly is a worthwhile book, but to understand many of the principles in it, a study of Corinda is essential. Some of the effects have props which are easy (and inexpensive) to make yourself and are as good as anything you can buy.
I'm still ploughing through this huge tome, hoping to perfect some of the tarot effects...

Great article. I am thinking of learning some mental magic and luckily do psychology which I know helps. I am reading it right now, no arguments, us females can multi-task!!!

Are you using the newer version of Internet Explorer?

If you are, then that could be where your problem lays... I've been going through hell this week thanks to that supposed improvement.

In Firefox, highlight the link, then press control-c, followed by control-t to open another tab, then control-v to dump the URL into the address bar of the new tab, then press return.

I've sussed why TM links break.
If they have any uppercase letters, for some reason, the forum interferes with them.
Change the link URL to all lowercase characters and it should work.
