BBC Genome Project

https://genome.ch.bbc.co.uk contains the BBC listings information which the BBC printed in Radio Times between 1923 and 2009, some of the entries contain links to the actual programmes. You can search the site for BBC programmes, people, dates and Radio Times editions. Of course magic is well represented but you have to do a bit of digging.To start you off here's one link to five half hour radio programmes from 1993 called It's Magic (must have taken them months of brainstorming to dream that title up!) see https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p033k6yl

Here is my favourite entry. Note the name "Ronnie McLeod" He was on the show four times. A wonderful magician whom I have admired for decades!

I believe he was mentioned on page 22 of the Fred Robinson book. It said he had "more names than holes in a perforated teabag".
