Miracle Rabbit

having enjoyed Bananafish's great review of the 'multiplying rabbits', I'd thought I'd throw this one in for good measure.

This is a great trick for kids, and would be great to add into any sponge ball routine... personally I brought this because I was doing a quick turn at a friends sons birthday and thought that all kids knew that 'magicians' always produced a rabbit from a hat..... and not having a hat I thought I'd give this a go.

Miracle Rabbit

Effect :
The magician magically transforms a sponge ball into a cute long eared sponge rabbit right before a spectators eyes!

Description :
A great effect for children. Ideal for use by itself or as an ending to a complete sponge ball routine.

Difficulty level : 2

Price : £3.99 from magictricks.co.uk.

to be honest the 'rabbit' just about works, but it adds greatly if you mention what you have just produced to the audience, then everyone can see what it is.... I've found it's a little like my balloon modelling skills, everyone assumes it's a 'sausage dog' until you let them know it's a 'giraffe'!

If you can afford it I think I'd be tempted to go for the 'mulitplying rabbits' but otherwise at £4 it gets a great reaction from children!

Ahhh, Goshmans Miracle Rabbit. Another nice rabbit trick although this time it really is better with kids, the multiplying rabbits I still maintain also goes down very well with adults.

I believe I also did a review for it

and of course we shouldn't forget that it is also sold at emagictricks.

Kids really do love this. Especially younger ones. They love to tell you that the ball didn't actually disappear and that you just put it in your pocket - which makes it all the more magic when the ball really does turn into a rabbit. Still a good trick - but just for younger kids really.

apologies, I just got a bit carried away when I read the 'multiplying rabbits' review.... didn't think to search the site for existing reviews of the 'miracle rabbit'... will definitely take the time to do that in the future.
cheers
