i was expecting more jugglers!

that;s my main other hobby, and i am now president of the hull uni juggling club wooooooooo
although by "juggling" i obvious mean Poi, Staff and Contact Ball, i can still only juggle 3 balls, i really chould work on that!

and drinking (does that count as a hobby? i do invest some serious time, money and effort in it sometimes!)

I think everyone else should take up a bit of contact ball as a hobby!
come on, it does look magical!

I used to be able to juggle 3 balls. Learnt it in one day. Now I can't. Haven't practiced ever since. Like a year or two ago since I learnt it.

Oh well. I'll get back into practice soon. It's quite fun. :)

Hey I juggle badly too!!! Hoorah!

Incidently back in the old days (not that I remember such times obviously) card magicians were known as jugglers...

Juggling isn't that hard.

Best start with two balls and practice passing them around.

Once it's good, go to three, four, five. They all have a similar pattern to the passing. At least I think.

I can't juggle cards yet. Looks cool. Spinning the card vertically and you keep hitting it to make it go back up and continue spinning. Don't know if it's juggling but I'll call it juggling. :)

Diablo? Is that the thing that you spin on a string attached to 2 sticks? I can basically throw it and then catch it. And then throw it again, and catch it again. And throw it higher than my house, where it either gets stuck, or it comes back down and knocks a cat off the fence or me unconscious.....

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...

1st and foremost magic, but I also enjoy cooking. I like to cook food to a very high standard. Gordon Ramsay is an inspiration to me. What else am I into? Erm, good wine and ladies! Usually together!

Good wine? :D

I haven't had any truly good wine for a while now. Any you can recommend for me? (Trying to keep the price under £20... I'm a poor student you see...)

[edit] Sorry this post might seem like I'm taking the mick. I'm genuinely not :) [/edit]

You wont find much better anywhere and it's nothing - a rigmarole with a few bits of paper and lots of spiel. That is Mentalism

Seems Jelmo was generally correct about people's hobbies.

There's lots of things I used to do, but seem to have got out of the habit of. My main hobbies now are drinking, and making a fool of myself.

I have an off and on interest in playing guitar, software/web development, Mountain/trail biking, distance running, computer games, juggling (balls, clubs, torches, rings)

I have signally failed to try contact juggling, but next time I see a ball that looks suitable I'll give it a go. I forsee much dropping.

I really enjoyed a certain old wine. I don't know the name of it or if it was just kept down the cellar a long time but it was sweet. Rather than the wine tastes you have today, this one was sweet and very very nice whilst providing that warm feeling that modern wines do.

Oh, and in China, or at least I think it was in China. Can't remember the country. But they have this huge wine cellar full of wine for 10's of 100's of years ago. Not sure of the 100's but very old wine. Beautiful. VERY expensive though... :(
