hi guys
was just woundering what is the going rate for table hopping at a restraunt

as was asked to do it and they would like to know how much i would charge per hour

tell them is 300 or 400 an hour. then when you agree on 100 they feel like its a good deal. rather than just saying 100 an hour.
something like that

decide what you think your worth, what you would pay to hire you, and take into account how expensive the restaurant is. then bump that up a bit, offer that price then fake a haggle down to what you decided.... kinda like forcing a card lol.

A rule i heard is the equivalent of a meal for two per hour, or around £30, though any restaurant actually able to hire you should make enough that i'd start at £50 an hour.
