I have mixed views on Blaine. I think some of the things he does are very good but some I just don't see the point of. I will keep my comments to that as I know he has a very large following and I am new to the forum and I don't want to upset anyone.

Magic is real, just look around you, some of the most amazing things have no reason, no explanation but are very real.

i dont know. lately, Blaine's stunts are kinda boring... "lets stay in water for a couple of days"... there isnt really any excitement other then that its in the middle of new york and theres a lot of media coverage. he should go back to performing tricks or even better, creating new tricks

?!~

For crying out loud, the msn button under my name is to talk about magic with me, NOT A FREE MAGIC GIVEAWAY LINK. dont abuse it

I agree he should think of new tricks to preform.

i dont want to be evil but i think david blane is overrated. he preforms well and does some amazing tricks but he not as amazing as people say he is.

According to The Sun ( No I don't buy it, I picked it up at my grandparents house...) David Blaine's next stunt is hanging off the Brooklyn Bridge by his arms. Apparently he is already training by hanging off wires.

Now, I don't believe anything I read in this paper, but they had a quote from the man himself. So I'm slightly more inclined to believe it. Also, it will have a 'spectacular' finish. All I can imagine is that he'll drop off and plunge into the sea. I guess he will have a safety harness though, unless he really *does* have a death wish.

Living like an urban sloth might be easy for him. I still cringe when I think about his apearance on GMTV!

I thought the GMTV perfromance was hillarious, just to see Eamon Holmes uncomfortable. It's up there with when Peter Kay (who I don't normally like) absolutely messed up Jonathan Ross by being more funny, and moving his glass of water about so they couldn't edit his interview :)
