didn't you hear about a background story and how to make spectators bellive you?

Firstly, I am an amature magician, yes.

Secondly, I have indeed heard about a background story, but I believe you are talking about a persona

I personally consider it pretty imorral to say that you are actually eating glass, and that you are a stunt-performer and that this is extremely dangerous.

For example, I consider this the same as someone using a collapsable sword, advertising themselves as a sword swallower, which I would pretty much consider to be imorral.

I still stand by the fact that you've ruined the whole thing by asking that this video will gain you respect.

You also mention 'it will show people how (serues) [serious?] i am about magic'. Well, if you are THAT serious about magic, you'd have not divulged the method, and you'd certainly not have taken the attitude you have in your replies.

You have to EXPECT feedback of the nature you've received if you carry on this way.

I've re-read all the replies and responses, and I think that you should basically take a bit of advice from what has been written...

Mystik, it may have been nicer to say "I did not like the trick because" or even "I think your silly" would have been better than (what you said)!!

Magic is real, just look around you, some of the most amazing things have no reason, no explanation but are very real.

Thanks Stephen. A lot of people have commented on their like or dislike of this video but everyone has been able to justify their comments and have put them across in a way that explains why they are saying their comments. I short "I think your a faggot is not helpfull or constructive.

I think that comment made by mystik should be removed by an admin.

The comment has been removed, on the grounds that even though there was an ambiguous 'wink' after it, it was'nt good conduct.

As the general consensus shows in this thread, people liked the effect, but not the attitude. And MMF doesn't deserve any more direct slander. So, I've decided to lock this whole thing so that the debate stops here.
