No. It will be better to stick to the Forum guidelines instead. We all know them and will ensure they are maintained.

in reference to your comment above, may i ask that we allow Mark to decide if he is interested in this challenge. i would then propose to him a method. if he agrees i would then put that method to you for consideration. if everyone is happy we proceed. is that OK?

I don't propose to go into lengthy discussions on this but my comments above stand. We use TM protocol which we all understand and, more importantly, can administer. As per the original post
