The other thing I meant was the vernet routine involves putting a yoke inside a plastic egg. Does anyone know if this version teaches the routine including an egg switch?

If not I'll wait untill I can afford Ammar's book as Im going to get it anyway.

I have it and I'm pretty sure it doesnt. And you dont put a real yoke inside. You're supplied with a plastic yolk and you use detergent. (That's what it says). I never use it I stick to a switch for the real egg.
