I bought this with a CUPS impulse a few months back, and dug it out the other day to have a play with.

Anyone got advice on the Riffle at the start of the routine (seeing a video would be nice if anyone got one) - I seem to be doing it either too quick or too slow (if you got it you know wot I mean)
