Does anyone know where I can find a list of card sleights (such as passes, flourishes) and what not with who created them so I can properly give credit when I do a move on camera?

I've seen several moves in books credited to different people. You could spend hours trying to track down the source of a particular move in order to give the credit. In my humble opinion don't bother, as long as you make clear that you are not claiming originality yourself, thats fine. I know others will disagree, but there are better ways to spend your time.
