It's pretty tricky. I managed to figure it out after a little while. Here's what you need to click on in order:

Man
Water
Plants (those three weird shapes)
Bucket
Tube
Fire
Bowl
Bone
Spring
Ball

The ending is pretty cool.

Haha, loved that rpg one, just done it after 4 attempts. If you want a couple of tips read on, if not... well..... I hear there's an interesting thread in the Dove's Head.

Look what isn't maxed out at the end of your go - put it earlier.
