Paul Zenon on Countdown

Postby bronz » Aug 29th, '06, 17:12

That's right folks, Paul Zenon is back on Countdown this week. Actually he might have been on last week too but I didn't catch it. Yesterday he did a mildly impressive prediction effect, today he did some nice coin stuff. He's funny too so worth watching.

I watched that today as well. I hadn't heard much from Paul in ages and then he turns up on CountDown :D

He does Countdown quite a bit. When I was out of work, I had ample time to watch Countdown every day, and I saw him doing a few turns on there.

It's good as he usually does tricks instead of telling those dreary anecdotes the other guests seem to.

Lol, love the anecdotes!

'so he went into the shop and said, wait for it, 'hand me a can of beans' and it was so absolutley hilarious!'
(after 5 minutes of a rather un-exciting story)

I suppose I should just point out I DONT watch countdown.

Reguarly.

Hey don't knock the anecdotes! That can of beans story was the funniest I've heard in ages, well on a par with Some Unknown Actor's tale of the time he washed his red socks at the same time as a white pair.

I've watched Countdown every day this week as I'm only semi-employed myself. Plus Deal or No Deal's on afterwards, 90 minutes of mundane afternoon tv genius.

lol that's another hour and a half when I can't say anything to my mum or she'll go mad.

Paul Zenon, on the whole, is quite amusing though

Zenon is the reason i watch Coutntdown, even when he isn't on, just have to turn it on for the chance he will be on. there's some other magician who's been on a few times but i forget his name.

 he flashed so much on that trick :: dear dear ::
nice guy though

Does Geoffrey Durham still do stints on Countdown?
