A SLEIGHT PROBLEM FOR GANG
ILLUSIONIST David Copper-field used magic tricks to foil armed robbers in Florida.
The gang pounced as he walked from a restaurant with two female assistants after a show in West Palm Beach.
Copperfield was ordered at gunpoint to empty his pockets.
But even though he had a mobile phone, passport and wallet stuffed in them, they looked empty when he turned them inside out.
He said: "Call it reverse pick-pocketing. I had a gun pointed at my head."
But one assistant handed over £220 while the other gave up her purse containing money, passport, plane tickets and a mobile phone.

Copperfield noted the registration of the car the four teenagers jumped into.
Cops arrested four young men a short time later.
The showman, famous for his big theatre tricks, said he was used to being cool under pressure.
