Passing Thru Advice and comments Plz!

Postby Danzoe21 » Sep 4th, '06, 17:32

Hi guys, just would like sum feedback for this video of me performing passing thru by kevin parker. Ive only had the trick (dvd) for few days, and i showed my mates and we filmed it. This was filmed I'd say after about 2 hours of practice after i got it. I would like mainly feedback on the handling becoz i know my patter is bad but that was just for my mates I am much different for people when Im entertaining. For all you that own passing thru I would appreciate comments and advice, and for those who dont just let me know what you think! Many thanks Dan

Heres the video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0RGuM2qevCA

DaT WoZZ Well PrOper InnIt! [ ]

Yeah, anyway. The trick was performed really well! It was so smooth. Its good that you let them check the cap at the beginning too. I prefer doing this but should really practise passing thru some more.

Yeah that was a good performance from beginning to end, well done. I agree with Tony in that you might want to push the coin in more slowly as it really enhances the reaction when you let go and the coin just 'drops' into the bottle. I only wish Kevin Parker had shown the entire trick on the promo on his site, he could easily have got away with it without exposing anything as you've proved here.

Looked just fine to me. I agree a bit slower passing it thru would make the effect that much stonger though.
the nice slow passing thru- then Clink.. is what gets the HUH?... then the passing the bottle back for examination gets the WOW. But, make sure the HUH? is there too.

Perfelti, don't get it off ebay get it straight from Kevin Parker's site so you know you're getting the right effect. Also it can't really be done with a can. The best thing about it is that it's so visual and that would be lost on a can as you wouldn't see it going in. There's another reason it wouldn't work with a can aswell which you'll find out when you buy it.
