(I've been doing basic card magic for a few months... mostly the past month and a half or so, and I can't do anything but a fairly irregular fan and basic one hand cut)
Is there any one of the 3 videos you listed that sticks out as a good "get started" video, or is it based on the type of flourish?

XB (Xtreme Beginnerz) by De'vo is excellent for beginners and intermediate alike. The Encyclopedia is also great but it's not a video plus it costs about £70. But still a great book teaching you in full detail all of the basic flourishes and much much more.
