I ordered a small deck from them with plently in stock via USPS priority mail...3-5 days? Took it 2 weeks to arrive.

I should add, in order for the record that I received the said item last week from Penguin US.

Matter now closed but I still had no response from the UK, or an explanation from the states as to what the problem is at the UK end.

I doubt that I will order from them again.

To be fair, I've never had a problem with Penguin UK although it's a while since I've ordered from them. I'm waiting patiently to buy a couple of amazing value items from them but they're not in stock, and haven't been for quite some time...
