You can get them from playtime balloons or from magicbox.

Palloncinni books are great. It is just with brief comments and pictures. You have all the basic moves explained and you can do really nice stuff with that book. I got 2 of those books, and they are VERY useful. I was a beginner at balloon modeling, and this was great.

Some of the tranlations from Italian are fun too.

I have the first two, went to buy the 3rd from a balloon shop in Stevenage, but was told it wasn't that good. I've recently bought Tricky the clowns balloon DVD, which I found was a help to clarify some of the twists in the books.

Balloon Modelling DVD

Postby The Last Deck on the Left » May 27th, '09, 20:48

Hi guys,

I'm in a similar situation as king_of_keighley was way back in 2006 (just starting out balloon modelling). I've got a couple of basic books, but wondered if there was a good DVD out there. Seen as we're 3 years down the line since this topic - has there been a good DVD produced that someone could recommend? I've had a search but not found any reviewed here.

Cheers,
