I came up with what I think is a new method for performing a phone test (I think that's what they are called). The trick is basically where a spectator is asked to think of anything at all, and to choose a name from the performer's address book on their phone. The spectator's thought is then revealed by the performer, and also by the person the spectator chose to phone. However the best part is that the spectator rings up and talks to the person on the other end of the phone, not the performer. The person the spectator rings doesn't have to be anywhere near the performance, they could even be in another country!
If anyone can think up another trick/book containing an effect similar to this, would you mind letting me know? I have a few tricks I'm considering marketing, but would like to check if there are others out there using the same methods beforehand.

I've actually seen Cellular Mitosis performed, and I think I figured out how it is done. If I'm right, then it is extremely clever, mostly because of it's boldness
However I am pretty sure that my method is different to the one used in Cellular Mitosis, as in that it is the performer who first speaks to the person on the other end of the line (at least it was that way around when I saw it ), whereas in mine the spectator can ring up and talk to the person on the other end before the performer.
