the things i hate change order daily, more usually by the minute...
at the moment, the things that boil my blood are these:
people on the tube wearing backpacks and complaining about lack of space
people who stop at the top of escalators for no reason
people in general
people with no idea of personal space and personal hygiene
kids that are overly noisy
kids that are overly quiet
mob mentality in any form
the backs of modern bicycle decks
L&L audiences, especially that guy with the curly mullet and small 'tache
people asking for secrets
people with circular reasoning
people who are overally critical for no real reason
people who complain
the unavailability of Kirtsty Gallacher
beer being fattening
my hands being a little too dainty for my liking
long lists

hamster relish
my anger management course
not winning the lottery
realising i could of won the lottery if i bought a ticket
business speak
people that talk in tongues
the smell of someone's paella that they eat in the office
the lack of white dog poo on the streets since the 70s
vomiting thru the nose
people that wear clothes with HUGE labels on them
the trendy liamhl/kajagoogoo hair-dos that are all the go at the moment
every single teenage boy in essex
chavs/goths/nu-metal/punk for many different reasons
inability to faro shuffle
long lists...

Todays second moan, my internet keeps disconnecting after every hour or so. Which is just annoying. And i cant even find a place to change it! So my main moan is the fact that i cant stop it from happening, which in turn, makes me feel that my control over my own life is very limited, which is depressing!

For short pieces like those, you should be able to write 1,000 words per hour or so when you know your subject in enought detail, and editing for copy should take about half an hour per thousand.
EDIT: The trouble is that those figures never match up...
