They're all thieves in their own way

Yes, I suppose it's difficult when you are such a large company to try and take every problem as priority and make sure that there's always a fair outcome, but they really should try harder!
It's all too easy and sit at home saying that however, and it's impossible to resolve everything so that everyone is happy.

At the end of the day, they're the ones loosing out in the long run, because when one person has a problem like that which isn't fixed, they warn everyone else, and the company's reputation is the thing that suffers. Well, not much that can be done I guess. So long as there are conmen there will always be those that get conned. :(

I sort of agree and disagree at the same time :?

I think that to sum this up, no-one is asking or expecting to be a priority (although it would be nice) as long as you are dealt with professionally. That to me automatically means fairly although you won't get both sides agreeing on an outcome being fair when one 'wins and the other loses'.

They just don't appear to work professionally as they have set of rules that they appear to be unable to enforce.

Yes, I agree. That's what I sort of meant in my previous post, but you put it much better.
