Yes, I suppose it's difficult when you are such a large company to try and take every problem as priority and make sure that there's always a fair outcome, but they really should try harder!
It's all too easy and sit at home saying that however, and it's impossible to resolve everything so that everyone is happy.

At the end of the day, they're the ones loosing out in the long run, because when one person has a problem like that which isn't fixed, they warn everyone else, and the company's reputation is the thing that suffers. Well, not much that can be done I guess. So long as there are conmen there will always be those that get conned.
