Is the Book Strong Magic very good?

Does it show any tricks, or just discusison of presentation?

There is a breief review of the book here. But, to answer your question, no, it does not teach any effects. It does teach the real secrets of magic though, how to perform, routing, develop your character, etc... Definately worth reading, but it will not teach you new effects.

Presentation - BIG YES

Tricks - no

Great book to check out of the Library - but not really for keeping.

Its a very good book to improve your presentation and over all your role as a magician. I recommend it even though i haven't finished reading mine yet (the book is FULL of useful stuff).

And like the others have said, if your looking for tricks this is not the way to go. Its purely presentation.
