s***!!! i have just seen that smoothini is trying to raise $100,000 by any means possible for charities. if he doen't succeed by his birthday he will perform a death defying stunt such as diving in front of an uncoming vechicle such as a truck and will lay down at the last minute so the vechicle passes over him.
we don't want splatini or the smooth may actually be smoothed out

anyway best of luck mate and be careful.

Good luck with that hope you raise the cash for the charity, and for your sake

It appears so. Oh Derren, now he really is smooth!
Good luck with the whole charity thing anyway, I sincerely hope you raise enough to not die. How about for every $100 you are away, you get 1 less second and a set of handcuffs. hehe. now that would be fun!
All the best.

Sorry. Great that you are raising money for charity. But what is the point of what you are doing. I can understand you doing a stunt to raise money. But threatening to do this if people don't raise the money just don't make sense. Other than your friends and family, why should anyone else care if you throw youself under a truck.

I didn't think anyone would ever be shallow enough to perform a publicity stunt which was disrespectful enough to use 'charity' as a vehicle.
I guess every day is a schoolday.

Got to agree with seige. There is nthis. Just a death wish, The things that people will do for attention get more stupid every day. Mind you I would rather watch this than David Blaine sitting in a tank of water.

hey, cut him some slack! He is, after all, doing it for charity.
I guess doing a publicity stunt in the name of charity is better than just doing a publicity stunt isn't it?

Agreed... a stunt in the name of charity is fine. But an egotistical stunt using charity as a guise is plain wrong.
I've been in the wicked world of marketing for over 10 years now, and this kind of thing is very much frowned upon.

Smooth, I have a few questions, prompted by Seige's concerns:
- Who are "Graphite Ghost"?
- Exactly which charities are you doing this for?
- How much is going to those charities?
[EDIT]
- Do the charities know you're doing this for them?

That doesn't stop it from being stupid and pointless
I applauded him for doing something for charity. I'm supprised that a charity would want to be associated with it
