Personally, I don't see anything in her. She's too obvious.

Fake and about as transparent as they come  Her eyes are just weird.

who called me jealous? Was that you seige? I'm so not jealous, she's blonde anyway and I'd NEVER want to be blonde

Nobody called you jealous.

I made the observation that there's a hint of the green eyed monster in most women. Since becoming married, if I EVER make any notion towards another woman, Mrs Seige comes down like a tonne of bricks with superficial criticisms about whoever I've looked at.

"Plastic", "Fake", "Gormless"... it's a dead giveaway heheheheh

I'd just be grateful to have hair of any colour!

Let's face it, she's ideal for misdirection and I'm sure she can wrap guys around the proverbial little finger if she felt like it. Having said that if someone of her looks walked over in a pub and offered one of those apparently 'fair' bar bets, I'd be suspicious right from the start - she'd just have to be after my money!

Anywho, if nothing else, even if some segments are not quite as real as they appear, it should still serve as a strong warning of the many ways we could be scammed by unscrupulous people. Take heed and learn!

No matter what a woman looks like for me its all about her pers-onals savings account. More then 100k by 25 years of age and the great markdini moves in... ok only joking.

But I agree if some one like her started talking to me I would be on my guard.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

I quite like watching the Real Hustle, although the dodgy snap change in the credits does bug me. It also amused me to see the big guy on one of the Lennart Green videos! So maybe he actually does know his stuff.

As for the secondary issues that have been raised: it does somewhat annoy me that in the same room, with the same people and at the same time, guys can comment on a girl's looks and be slated for being "shallow, typical" etc. whilst a gaggle of girls can giggle (loving my alliteration today) at what they'd like to do to Johnny Depp without expecting any such backlash. Using euphemisms such as "he's well put together" rather than "phwoar" does not excuse you, ladies, stick to your own rules!

Also, I find girlfriends getting jealous incredibly sexy, is that just me? Seeing your woman flashing her eyes angrily at any remotely attractive or flirty female in the room... hot!

And finally - Jess whatever-her-face looks like a tramp. Sorry. But then I've never gone for blondes.

The 'big guy' is R.Paul Wilson.

He's a very well respected magician (OK, he WAS until he did the RRTCM vids ;))

I think you'll find he indeed DOES know his stuff. The Real Hustle is a pretty small-fry operation for him in terms of skill levels.

indeed...actually, i was out and about last friday, and met some of the production crew from the Real Hustle, they said its all very enjoyable and lovely...apparently Mr. Wilson was the magician for that new film Smoking Aces....

...and yes, the bit where they break into people's houses was kind of set-up, bearing in mind a whole film crew with bright lights and boons (not out kind) would draw a little attention, that was the only "pre-arranged" thing on either series...but how they did it was real enough...

and they said the biggest challenge throughout the series is how to hide all the microphones that are needed to pick-up the marks...

ooh and i did mention Mr. Wilson's colour change, and they said it was just that they had to film all those little inbetween bits very very quickly, and just made it a little too slowly in the editing process...

I really like the real hustle, pity I don't have BBC3 over here. I watch it through YouTube. Jess is really hot in my humble opinion. It must be great fun to be able to do what they do legally.... if you know what i mean :)

If I take something from A but have previously told B that I was going to do it for a laugh and return it later, its not theft. To steal, when I take something, I have to intend to keep it or never let the owner have it back.

If I break into someone's house as in the program, take some property and put it in the car outside as I saw in one episode, leave a note as to what I've done, and leave. I've committed no crime. The property, I didn't take, I just moved it.

To commit burglary I have to steal or damage while in or entering the premises. If I don't, no offence. With the exception of the civil offence of trespass, which you have to take your own action in County Court because its not a crime.

However, there are ways round what the TV company did. You wake up, find some property moved from your house to your car, the car is still secure and the keys in place. You also find a note from the TV company concerned saying what they have done. No crimes committed.

So you ring the Police, and your solicitor, have them both come round, say that before you went to bed your wife left her Grandmothers pearl necklace at the side of the front door and its now missing. Police take a report, this goes to the head of the TV company who fears a huge bad press so they pay out 10 times more than the necklace value of the one you never had.

Voila, its not who you know all the time, sometimes its what you know 8)
