Oh yes, and that I should learn to laugh.

I'm gob smacked.

That sounds like a very green and slimey sort of a response. Offence does not have to be felt by two or more people to be offensive! If this is in the workplace go and yell at your HR manager.

I'm not sure it's a nice way to look at it, but after my jalepeno hell, I am thinking more of a 'ring of fire' thread

Unfortunately, it's not such a formal setting.

I've suddenly had a double green and slimey day...

It's been raining here all morning, and I went out at lunchtime to the post office and realised to my upset that I'd left my window open after talking to the guy next door when I got to work...

Green, slimey, and damp.

And that's just my bottom...

 Oh dear that comment didn't do my stomach any favours

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

I like the rain; I like going for long walks under an umbrella especially in summer (got no choice around here!), but I hate it when it's raining and windy too.

Subjective. The thought of there being a pink and fluffy world actually makes me feel green and slimey.

Ergo, paradoxically, one needs the other to exist. E.g. without a contrast or control emotion, such as 'feeling green and slimey', how can one be sure that a counter-emotion such as 'pink and fluffy' exists? If there were no opposite—in this case green and slimey, pink and fluffy would be the norm, and therefore obsolete as a concept, term or pigeonhole.
