I have heard that this French magician is unbelievable with cards - has anyone seen him? What have been your impressions? I believe he works the street sometimes in Paris? Does anyone know where? What time?

Any info on this guy would be great. Thanks :D

Best

John

Had a look. If its the one where he cuts the aces its alright hardly UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!! :P

Would have been better if he had put the aces in different parts of the deck. Also the second revalation (spring set) needed two attempts, why not redo the whole thing if your putting it on your website? I Did like the last double revalation though, timed very nicely. And the whole thing was pretty smooth.

Of course this is no reflection of how he would be as a performer in the real world.

Hello!

Yes, Bebel is a great french magician.
He makes cards tricks in the district
of Saint-Germain-des-Près, in Paris.
I see it often sitted on small folding chair
and collapsible table!
He is very strong!
It handles the charts near you
with the spectators around him!
He is very appreciated by the other magicians
Unfortunately, like much of French magicians,
he is not known general public.
I hope soon to make an interview with him for my online radio
Petitzebulon ( http://lepetitzebulon.artblog.fr/index.php) !

So long

Petitbonhomme, sorry for my english !

He was walking around at Blackpool last year. Often I would see him at a table with a deck of cards in his hands entertaining an appreciative crowd of magicians.

From what I saw - he is indeed incredible to watch.

I would book him for my own society anyday.

I have seen some great stuff by Bebel.

Does anyone know if he's got a book out of some sort?

My good friend and fellow magician Mr Ben Zee is one of Bebel's students and can't speak highly enough of him. If it is anything to go by Ben is an incredibly talented and dedicated chap and has my upmost respect...

Part of me hopes it's 100% in French. It would be fun to "revise" for my A2 French exam whilst watching Bebel.

I guess i could hope for it to be nicely shot and edited since I'm doing media for my A2s. Mise en scene and the like.
