All because, the Lady (of Mystery) loves...

You should listen to Lady of Mystery more often. I took her advice recently and acted a bit less ladish with the wife, and it paid dividends.

Pink and fluffy is the way to go, folks...

sacriledge! :D

never ever listen to Lady of Mystery, she smells...

nah, glad we've got Lady of Mystery about to be honest, dont like it when its all blokes together too much, it gets a bit too manly and as seige says, testosterone fuelled...

i like the idea of a friendly young sister type milling about the place...maybe she could do some light dusting whilst she's here...

but sssshhh, dont tell her that i said that...

Ahem! Back to business cards!

I got some stupid deal with Vistaprint too, they rock. I went for very simply 3 lines of text in the lower right hand corner, nothing else. Leave space for writing predictions etc, that's what I say! I did however choose to have the top line black, the middle line dark grey and the bottom line light grey, hoping to achieve some kind of slightly mystical fading/vanishing effect. It just about worked!

What I'd really like eventually is some like a friends, who's website I sometimes promote with a bit of magic in clubs etc. It's quite a thick cardstock, double sided with a smooth matt finish - not just regular card, but not glossy either... really nice. And perfect for glides, out-to-lunches etc.

We use them at work... the cards I think you mean, Mr Farls, are matt laminated. Lovely finish to them

Personally I hate glossy cards—spit!

i dont bother with 'em myself...

I'm only contactable via one e-mail address, which is passed by word of mouth, it works out well for me...i've had people send me mail saying "oooh sorry if you're not who i think you are...i'd like to book you for such n such..."...

no one has a clue what my phone number is, where i live, or even my last name...i'd like to keep it that way too...

for those that do though, and are into the mentalism side of things, there's some lovely stuff in Kentonism that you can apply to business cards...

I have lots of out of date Vistaprint cards - as they are all the same size I have plenty for practising billet moves! They are so cheap that you can easily afford to order new ones when details change.

I always go for plain backs, so I can write on them.
