magiccb wrote:Blapsing_Beard how dare you mention stooges in a subject like this that is not magic getting a real spectator too pick a word number or somthing and having that written down as your prediction is some people spend years learning the tecniques needed for mind reading and mind manipulation too use stooges is so amateur and in my mind a insult too mentalist and many great magicians. just suggeting someone uses stooges is so wrong and risky it can dicredit other great non stooge using magician the wrong reputation yes many not great magicians use stooges but i dont and neither do many if any on this forum.

Direct question to prove you're not on a wind up: what's the difference between a stooge and a swami?

Ah I was being Ironic....

Any way Markdini started of has a card minupaltor Cardini style moved in to close-up wasnt that good and end up doing mainly mentalism/magic now. All though I am still know to do close-up sometimes. And I just starting on the path of hypnosis.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

Beard any respect I had for you is gone now. Us mentalism people take that as a great insult of using stooges.

I have been studying this art for minutes and I can tell you that stooges are not used. In fact just there now I made someone fall over without touching them.

I was then told of for dropping banana skins unto the office floor.

Now excuse me while I go and buy a svengali deck to see if I can combine it with my new mentalism powers and get 'that' girl from the gym to have a shower with me after the spinning class.

Can anybody please help me? I'm having terrible problems controlling my streetmagic- I can't walk down a street without turning into a pub.

tomo i needent answer that is makes no sence.
and wills thanks for backing me up and as for you Blapsing_Beard
alot of us are quickly loosing respect for you. mentalism is a complex area of makic and your not taking it serious so stop dicouraging wills this art is a one well favoured in magic alongside close up and street magic which many mentalists combine. most mentlists are underated.
