I suppose that depends on the individual.
When I was at Manchester Uni, a m8 of mine started revising for his finals during the Easter hols (that's about 3 months before the exams  ) .... me and another m8 revised for each paper the night before (that was some serious cram revision lol  ).

That might kinda explain why he got a first class honours degree and me and my m8 got a third lol  .

"If it weren't for deadlines, nothing would get done."

I don't know who said that. I do know, though, that John Shanahan (not to be confused with John Lenahan) said, "Deadlines are the mothers of invention."

Haha, nice to know others think as I do. I have two exams tomorrow and I'm sitting here, posting and practising my Hindu Shuffle.

Meh, I'm sure I'll pass anyway.

Thanks man, yeah, I'm doing A2s this year. Got 11 exams in total. It's a ****. Can't wait until the last one is over though, I'll have the whole summer to doss around, practice magic, earn some money, get drunk, etc etc.

All the stuff that school gets in the way of. :P

I think I'm the king of procrastination. I once wrote an entire essay for Latin 15 minutes before it was due. I don't mean to toot my own horn, but that takes talent. :D

Douglas Adams once said he loved deadlines - especially that whooshing noise they make as they fly by.

I have a theory that work behaves like a gas, expanding to fit the exact space you have to complete it. I may write a small monograph on the subject...

When I was at uni I was always up until 4am in the morning a night before the deadline to get everything finished. I always used to tell myself that I'd get it done in better time next time, but it never happened.
