I've watched this a number of times and never get bored of it. It is The Real Hustle and they perform how easily people can be cheated out of their money with some dice.

I was thinking of using this effect in a routine. However, instead of using lettered dice I wish just to use numbers.

Anybody got any ideas how this could be adapted/change, maybe a story?

I'm guessing you could do a patter something similar to a 3 card monte patter. You do a few regular rolls but then you start to win all of the money. In regards to changing the letters to numbers, one one die have the odd numbers be "Put" and the even numbers be "Take". On the second die, have numbers 1-4 be regular and then 5 and 6 be "All".
