No the gold card is just for the whole 3 days, and the vip lets you get into a few extra bits. But from what I've heard you're better off going for the gold as some of the vip events overlap.

The only thing with not having the VIP pass is that there may be some "good" lectures you can't get into. It is true they overlap, but sometimes it is the VIP lecture you would rather see.

I'm getting the VIP card again, as I prefered actually being able to get a decent seat for the VIP lectures, as opposed to the general lectures which get astonishingly busy! I also like getting a few autographs if there anybody there who im a fan of.

I must say that 90 pounds is quite a bit for a 15 years old child(like me) to get... and my dad would probably have to go with me so its another ticket and we would need to sleep somewhere and that's about 70 quid a day so lets count. 2 Vip tickets = 180 pounds 3 night bed and breakfast 210 pounds oh yeah and we need to eat something so lets say that's about 40 pounds. So for a 3 day convention I would have to get about 410 pounds for 2 people (I still didn't count the cost of transport etc.) so that's about as much as a ps3. And since I already have one I think that ill better start saving money^^

Or alternatively, get a job like me :D and sell that waste of money hunk of metal and get those goddamn tickets - trust me here. You will get more lasting value from the convention than from the ps3.

All the best,

If you're 15, can't you just get the junior ticket, which I believe is half the price - thats what I did last year. Also the PS3 is still good, just not as good

junior tickets are only for 14 and younger and by the time of the convention I will be 16. By the way I am think of doing some web design work, because I want to get something out of all those hours spent with Flash, so maybe that's how I'll get this little bit of extra money.

I was born with Multiple Personality Disorder. Luckily, they are all me, they just dont always get along...
