swap shop

Postby Trickyfied » Aug 24th, '07, 23:21

What a great thread! Well done Lawrence 8) I was thinking a swap shop thread would be good and then discoverd this. not the same thing but still great  I will have a rummage and see what I'm not using to give away, do we claim something and then give or vise versa?

oh, can we start a swap shop thread? (question for mods)
I have a black widow, sudden deck and photo deck etc I wanna swap :?:

You seriously have a black widow for offer, or will this be the second time this thread where ive been caught out on that?

I have nothing to offer of similar value, except a couple of salt cups from Tenyo for about £20.

PK Ring goes to Trickyfied, and - in a weird Noel Edmunds situation, I'd quite like his Crystal Cleaver!

Tricki - plese drop me a PM, and I'll do likewise :D

Just checked back in.....pm'd both parties re: mirage deck and change bag.....will post again as to status of these if they are still available and the items I will throw out in exchange.

My only question is about shipping costs from UK to Canada.....maybe I should start another thread of the same nature but make it a Canada/US thing.....my thought being that the mirage deck I am claiming will basically cost me (in shipping) almost the same as a outright purchasing it from a dealer in North America.

Don't get me wrong I understand the point of the thread but it loses its luster to us over the pond.....would anyone find another one for US/Can useful.....or more importantly would anyone be offended if I started one limited to us over here?

Just food for thought!

For what its worth, I shipped about 5 tricks over to Kras - and it cost about £3.50.

Im not sure how that works out in your dollars.

I sent two decks of cards to I.D in the UK from the US. It was $9 to mail. That's not too pricey in my opinion.

About £4.50 at current market rate. That is very reasonable indeed. I think as long as we can limit what sizes we are willing to send to our brothers over seas.
