No it shouldn't. The reason why you can't sell DVDs (or trade them, notice) is because the creator is loosing out on a sale.

It's not the creator loosing out and you gaining that makes it wrong, it's simply the fact that the creator is loosing out on the sale.

no, otherwise the creator could sell just one DVD and we could all share it and then perform it.
with props you need the prop to do the trick, so the creator is paid for each person out there with the trick, and it should be the same for things on DVDs
