Okay so last night I thought I had come up with a Genius levitation.............

I then discovered that a certain magician (used that term lightly) had already done it that way.............

I then saw a vid of him doin the levitation, and my version was a lot more sloppy, but I had just come up with it (or so i thought)

-my question is, without giving anything away to those who dont know the effect, but how do prepare the ******** so they stay together when im walking around but then "do what they are supposed to without them moving all over the place and looking like....somethings not there?" that may have been blatent exposure I hope not?

Im sorry for being vague PM me to give me some tips please........on how to make the ******** look better and stay shut....

The effect I think you are talking about is a marketed effect so I'm not sure asking for tips on how to do it is kosher.

Aha I did not know that, I thought it was fair game.....hmmmmmmmm okay whats the effect called then ?

By your own comments - shouldn't your "genius" levitation actually be a terrible one? You know, since Criss Angel did it first and all. Also, it opens up the question that, if you thought of it as well - then do you use the term magician lightly when you talk about yourself? Before you go casting stones, try to realize how you're making yourself look.

It should also be noted that the forward facing version of this levitation was attempted by that crazy young kid magician that caused a massive scandal a while back. Can't remember his name, offhand.

Isn't the "Icarus Effect" the forward facing version?

Nothing wrong with Criss, granted he's sold out and started the 'Blaine' moaning and groaning... but hes a sterling guy.

My point was..........

he uses a rubbish production team....its filming and production is terrible..............Of course the Magics going to be good, cos hes got a huge budget and so many actors and stooges and makeup artists....So no its not Magic, not like we perform anyway, it trickery but anyone of us lot cud do that if we had the finacial backing..........

And the fact he has all that dollar and the production still looks whack doesnt really say much..............

-Ill given him his dues as an entertainer, but not as a magician.....
