Yeah so I figured out MadV's String Theory http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DUN1yc7Y ... ed&search= and made my own here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aa59V-XIpas .

Easy to figure out with a clear mind.

Impersonation is the greatest form of flatery
Unfortunatley it's also one of the major signs of not being able to think of anything for yourself. And you clearly missed why the original video was titled "string theory"*

as for constructive critisism: it looked too much like you were doing, well, exactly what you were actually doing. It didn't look enough like the card was simply floating in mid air.

*(now, ideas on 20-dimensional space anyone? i can barely get my head round 4)

I like doing my own tricks, or unique ones, but MadV's String Theory got so much attention and comments like "it's magnets!". So I thought I'd do the trick, just to show magnets are not included in the trick.

[well, as oxymoronic statements go...]

Out of curiosity, how did that prove magnets arn't involved anymore than 'MadV's' did?

Sorry, i'll simmer down now, been one of those days [/bitchyness]

i agree with law. im sorry to say i saw the string reflect a little when it was going back and fourth but how law said. It was like watching someone spin a card on a string. Watch the hummercard tricks and see how they work them and to someone who dosent know the secret it looks pretty real. OH BTW i love mask and the touch of hair you put on it its stylish. Keep up the work. oh and to finalize it, at leaste you can levitate a card better then me

try learning to spin a card first, I don't understand why you did an EXACT copy of the first video, but just a lot less well

well I'm not able to figure out if magnets are used or not. I thought I had a clear head, but ....
as IniX said ... 'it's easy with a clear head' ... hmmmm ... do you have any other opinions as to why magnets weren't used?

If you look at the video you can see that the card move's left and right when it spins.. that means that threads are used.

It is classic and fairly obvious effect that i will not expose to the general fraternity.

I wonder if MadV can do any other tricks
