Struggling with an effect? Any tips (without giving too much away!) you'd like to share?

I would agree with beeno about using bridge sized cards.

When I first started I thought that due to the size of my small hands that I would use bridge sized cards.
As I got more advanced and started wanting to switch to gaff decks mid performance or wished to use a gaff card I realised that getting bridged sized versions far more difficult if impossible.
When I switched to poker sized I struggled and had to almost re-learn alot of slieghts over.
I would say persevere with poker sized and as said above adapt the moves to suit your hand.

I find poker sized cards so much easier to handle than bridge sized ones. The smaller cards just seem much more fiddley to me.

Seems this topic is well covered. Only thing I can think of is, think Rene Levand. He only has one hand, and it looks pretty small yet the mans card work is phenominal.
