Performed factory sealed today, with half a bottle of water. so i didnt say it was factory sealed :P

but it was visual, open, and I like the idea. It went down well, so I'll have to give it its dues.

Love

Interesting you say that, I thought Justin's presentation on the Mindbender DVD was terrible.

for CIB's, I like "Passing Thru" by Kevin Parker... for the pure visual nature of the penetration.

Speaking of penetration, I.D. had a "coin in tic tac box" at one stage, I believe he even made a video of it... however there seems to be a delay... I heard he stole the technique from a well know Canadian performer, so that may have delayed the release. keep and eye out for it.

In reply to the above comments about Justin Miller, i would disagree that his presentation of mindbender is 'terrible', in my opinion he smoothed over a lot of the difficult moments in the routine by providing better misdirection, i.e putting the card in the spectators hands. Having performed this effect extensively, i can report that it is much stronger if you follow his suggestions.

With regards to factory sealed- I recently bought this as a download from E, a moment of weakness on a rainy afternoon, but i have to say it is a very good effect. The main priciple which allows the penatration to take place is very effective. Justin Miller does a good job with the teaching, and his street performances give you a lot of tips on presentation, i especially like the way he leads spectators to belive that they are about to see a science trick, like an optical illusions, but then its already too late and the coin is inside the bottle. lead then down the garden path and then turn the hoses on them.

As this is essentially a coin effect, and Justin is an amazing coin guy, there are some good tips on sleights, ranging from easy to hard, i cant say alot here, but if you have learnt Silver Dream, you will instantly be able to perform a very clean version of this effect.

sorry guys but i'll have to give it a 9/10. It a great trick, i've performed it for 2 groups of friends, and yes people grab the bottle, and they have no clue how it happened.
