Let me get this clear in my own mind:

a) A lowly techy posts some important data causing a scandal when it doesn't arrive
b) The entire government is less competent than chimps

How exactly are you getting from a to b?

He wroks for the goverment therefore he is part of the problem. Simple really. And the P.G tips chimps are genius "Do you know the piano is on my foot?"

I must agree with his Lordship though the whole things smells.

If you read David Icke's "Children of the Matrix", written nearly ten years ago, much of it has come true.

I do like a bit of Mr Ike for example his idea that everything tastes the same but our brains have been mixed up by the lizard men to make things taste different.

The incompetence of this government never fails to suprise me and it astonishes me that people still support them. They make Idi Amin seem appealing...

Cant beat a bit of Eric Blair now can ya? I think his essays where much better then his novels. But 1984 seems to ring true today dosent it?

I used to watch what I beleived to be far-fetched sci-fi films as a kid where everyone lived in a totalitarian society and wondered how things could degenerate into such a mess without people revolting or protesting in some way.

Now I know....

If you protest about something you can get arrested, if you speak your mind you can get done under some law or other. It's scary.
