I am fearing that this will be one of the most talked about items in magic this year... again for all the wrong reasons.

Last year, we had the slagging off of the wonderful Bang On by Marc Oberon, basically slated for being too expensive.

We then had the phishers trying to find out how it worked.

And we also had the slew of intelligent, out of the box thinking workers who found it fantastic.

WorldMagicShop are at the forefront of UK-homegrown magic... they're not stupid, and to take items to production such as Coinvexed (and Bang On, and Odd Ball, and the Wizard PK Ring etc.) isn't easy. And yet they do it with style.

Coinvexed looks and sounds fantastic, and I am sure as eggs are pre-chickens that it will be a best seller.

Well done, again, for such an innovative and 'commercial' magic item...

(Now, how do I get a discount :o) )

I think with Coinvexed your paying for the engineering of the idea rather than what it can do....its a "last a life time" kinda thing .

Hi Guys,

We have been setting up the stand today and even with no delegates in I have been demonstrating COINVEXED and HYPNO ACES none stop to fellow dealers and international artistes performing at the convention.

Thanks for all the comments in the PM’s and I am really looking forward to meeting you in person this weekend.

Sometimes you regret bringing one of your ideas and routines to market but COINVEXED has had nothing but good reviews and fantastic responses from people who are now starting to realise what all the fuss was about. As a result of this I have no regrets at all and I am looking forward to a great weekend.

All the best

David

My view is that you're paying for both. The thought behind this gimmick and routine is where the true value lies and I'd personally place more value in this, then in the engineering.

It's definately a well engineered and well made product though

Great effect and love the routining... trouble is, after a load of practice, I now have a pile of wonky 10p pieces to try and spend!

You evil, evil people.

I'm now going to have to get myself one of these once my house move is done and dusted. It sounds superb and from one of my favourite magic shops too.

Got mine....amazing. I am so chiffed with Coinvexed. A real gem that sits with my metal bending routine so well.

I will still use the odd coin switch method at times but will interject it with this awesome routine.

Brilliant.

I have a question about this product. Will it be easy for a beginner-intermediate level magician who has worked with coin bends before? Also, how much will it cost? One more important question for me: Does it use sleeves?

Hi

No sleeving (I perform it short sleeved). If you follow David's routine you need little prior knowledge. Contact World Magic Shop for price.

After bumping into a million and one people who bought this at Blackpool, I predict a slew of, if not extra reviews, a lot of enthusiastic comments!

I'm sure its great - but is anyone worried that maybe too many people will be performing it now? not aimed at those that come up with their own presentations naturally...

but y'know...the gimmick-monkeys who dont think about the framing...

David Penn has come up with a new presentation which I saw him demo on Sunday at the stand. David told me that he aims to get this up on the World Magic Shop forum over the next few days so keep checking the site.

This presentation of Coinvexed, as opposed to the one on the DVD may suit some a little better or will at least give a choice of two different presentations.

I can't even find the forum! :(

Can't see any reference to it in the Coinvexed DVD or packaging, if anyone can help with the right magic spells then I too would be most grateful!
