I used to watch this all the time when it first started but haven't seen it for ages. Did he ever get it on with that dark haired doctor?

Right what did you all think?
Personally the crush victim was terrifying and when she was screaming that was really freaky.
Lots of good humour and I liked the end
"Look to your left, now to your right, 1 of you will be gone, along with another 28 of you!"

Being in the U.S., I've sadly been affected by no new House epi's because of the writer's strike. They're coming back, though, and I am SO FREAKIN' PUMPED!

House was ok for episode 1 to 5 of season one then I noticed something.

Some one with unknown illness comes in
House says treat it like this
The rest of his team so No you are mad
He insualts them
His boss has a go at him
But I am house I rock
House was right

Next time some one with unkown illness....you get the picture.

I am master of misdirection, look over there.

We are not falling out young Welshy, we are debating, I think farlsy is an idiot he thinks I am one. We are just talking about who is the bigger idiot.

I think the best thing about House is in almost every single episode they mention lupus as a possibility. It's never been a cause before, but I'm waiting for the day House finally gets a lupus patient.

Apparently in season 4 it is lupus at some point.
I dunno, house would be totally unprepared since the lupus book is where he keeps his drugs.

Also anyone notice he didnt pop any pills in that episode....

Oh, yeah, I forgot about that. The funny thing is that arthritis is a form of lupus and House always gets people with arthritis.

Indeed, this is the case from episode to episode - however, try to remember that the disease is always and intentionally secondary to the story. Each case is a vehicle for character progression and overall story development.

You can hardly criticize JUST House for this kind of thing, it's not like they're the only show that does it. Even the "almighty" Seinfeld (a show about nothing) was consistent in format (it was ALWAYS about nothing). Mind you, I wasn't a fan.

I enjoy Hugh Laurie's performance as House. I really liked his book (The Gun Seller), though I must admit there were a few jokes that I didn't entirely understand. Thankfully, hanging around with my friends at Talk Magic helped me get the rest of them.

I simply cannot watch 'House' because Hugh Laurie's abysmal, over the top accent sticks out like a sore thumb to me. I always expect him to break into one of those brilliant old "Peter and John the businessmen' sketches from 'A Bit of Fry and Laurie' at any moment.

I read somewhere (may have been the Metro newspaper) that Hugh Laurie has not been offered any parts in the UK since his success on House. Apparently, he is thinking about moving to the US as he feels the UK has turned its back on him.

Personally, I don't care much for the show. My wife likes it and I'll watch it if it's on, but I don't follow it avidly. (Although I am rather fond of Jennifer Morrison, who plays Dr. Allison Cameron Image)

Actually, his accent is pretty right on. I've seen those sketches from ABoFaL and those are much more extreme.
