Let me explain

I run 6 miles every night in the week and on my latest route the road forks three ways at 2.5miles, so I run different ways for the last 1/2 mile before turning round and running home.

and number three that I ran tonight is my favorite.

PS is there anymore runners other than me and LM on here?

I run twice and week for about 1/2 hour each session, but since the whole "climb" thing, Ive upped it to 3 sessions a week!

Wild Card I had a year out, so I'm trying to get back up to 40 miles a week.

Tonight's easy run was at 8:19 minute miles I may go back to doing speed work in the next few weeks.

That's why I said three. I knew that because I'm mental.

I ran for a bus once. It was dreadful as I was out of breath, my muscles ached and I was sweating.
Why anyone would do that for fun is beyond my comprehension.

Running is also very bad for you. Look at Jim Fixx a running guru in the 1980's who died of a heart attack after a run aged 52.
Also do London Marathon runner know about the buses and underground network in London? It'd make it far easier you know and you wont get chapped nipples

I'm off for a beer and a pizza

Yeah I'm a keen runner too. I do a bit of everything.

Having a day off today though. I need a lot of rest when I run - I'm not a natural runner.

Have you seen the state of the underground on Marathon Day? I think it's actually be quicker to run.

So I count 4 runners on here, what distances to people do?

I'm best over 10k but also do 5k and half marathons (I have done London Marathon twice but I'm quite rubbish at marathons)

Allsorts. Never more than 8 mile, though I haven't done an 8 miler since the winter. Do faster, shorter runs now. Never more than 6 milers at the moment.

I do a bit of hill running also. It's nice to get into the country.

What's your 10K time Lommy?
