I suggest you think about things you associate with James Bond, then see if you know anything that you can adapt to fiy. The reworking of 'Killer Elite' is a great idea, but make your own, with Bond villains.
I like the Martini chop cup.
When I think of James Bond, I think of:
Licence to kill (not necessarily the film!)
007
Moneypenny
M
Q
Gadgets
Cars
Beautiful women
Gambling
Cigarettes
Martinis
Guns
Fights
Exotic travel
Classic songs (well, they used to be classics back in the day)
Eccentric villains
Henchmen
Every other 00 agent getting killed
Huge enemy bases
So, that gives us:
A card trick where the cards make 007
Any kind of gambing routine
One of those "car finds the chosen card" effects (Morlas or Kornwinder Cars)
Music prediction using Bond themes
A prediction effect where the spectator chooses an exotic location, villain and gadget Bond uses to defeat him (or her)
Any kind of trick using a penny (lots of gimmicks use the old style British penny)
Version of the magician's insurance policy trick, but using Bond's licence to kill instead
A jokey effect with letter cards (you have to Q for a long time before you get to P)
The new 'Branded' effect might be good. It has the card link, and you can also do an awful joke when you pull out the lighter. "This is Felix Lighter." Sorry.
I have an effect where you divine which of the films they have in mind. You'll have to work out a method for that yourself (there are lots of ways you could do it, of course, including a good old CT).
EDIT: As well as 'regular' playing cards with pictures from Bond films, you can also get a two deck version that's like 'Top Trumps'. One deck is people, the other is gadgets and cars (I think). Either sort could turn a 'find a card' trick into a 'think of the villain/Bond girl' effect.
