Hello, first of all, I want to greet you a pleasant day/night! I'll introduce myself now.

I'm Jay-r. You can call me Athrun. Why Athrun? I got this name from an anime called Gundam Seed:Destiny. Anyway, I've been doing magic for 2 now but technically, I started doing magic for about 5 years ago but I stopped. I'm a magician, as you can see, and that's why I'm here. I found this website while I was browsing the net. By the way, I'm a Filipino and I live in the Philippines.

Just like what I have posted above, I started doing magic in full time 2 years ago. My influences are David Copperfield, David Blaine, Oz Pearlman, Jay Sankey and Cyril Takayama.

Indeed I am! Have a look at the 'Who's who at TM' section on the home page of TM, there's some information there about the setup and the way TM is operated.

Yes, I've just read it. Pretty much the same in our forums. The moderators in our forums are the same. They do it for free because of the love for the craft of magic. Have you tried visiting it? I put the link on my introduction.

The only difference is that we have a gathering every Saturday and our mods are on the rotation basis. I'm not comparing, I find this forum fun too! I learn a lot here. More power to all of you guys! I'm enjoying my stay here in your forums! Good Job!

Just a question, how will my status go up here?

Status changes with the quantity of posts made, again there's a sticky about it somewhere. It's not a big feature on TM, more like a lighthearted way of describing various stages of membership. Sadly our Mods don't get muh chance to meet up, the Blackpool weekend each February is probably the best opportunity and the Ipswich Magic Day each October is another. Other than that the only contact is by PM, e-mail or in our own Discussion Area.

Well, that's good! At least my level goes up without performing. What I like about this website is that I got to meet magicians across the WORLD! Well, I hope we can all be friends here. Have a nice day always Mandrake and keep the magic alive!
